Katy Perry has a whole carnival going on , on her eyes !!! There is a MAC store worth of glitter , sparkles and lashes, man ! Look at em !! I like it, I really like it. I would never wear it but I like it. My one question is - How does she keep her eyes open with all that on top of her lids. A heavy mascara is all that takes to close my eyes....
