Clinique sure is bringing the sexy back this summer. As much as I am in love with all the bronze and orange and blues going around , this collection puts a whole another twist on summer. This is Some Serious Sexy Stuff (S.S.S.S) ! Its the kinda sexy that does not come by so often. The Sophisticated, Seductive Sexy (S.S.S) Its the kinda sexy you're born into. Clinique is born into it and thankfully are packaging some of that much needed S.S.S.S and sharing it with us mere mortals. So, we can all look S.S.S ! Keep up !
The beauty does not end with the shades. Its flows deep into the packaging. The packing is in S.S.S.Steel. Totally drool worthy bamboo inspired packaging ! Sure the collection is being released a little late but like they say in Hindi - Der Aaye Durust Aaya ( I need some clarification on what Durust means exactly. I have a general idea :p)

The Body Shop Hot Brights Collection : Review
Love the name - Hot Brights ! Sounds like a 80's inspired theme to me. Wouldn't you agree ? Why would you . I have no clue what I'm talking about or what the 80's were like. I am a 90's girl ! I think.
The Hot Brights Collection from The Body Shop is a small and complete collection with two products in each category. Totally in love with pink that I am...I was happy with the pink-purple theme they had going. Isn't pink and purple totally 80's ? Like I said, I wouldn't know...
If it weren't for the cute oval packaging I'd have totally hopped, skipped and jumped over the Hot Brights Eye Colors. They are matte. Isn't matte eyeshadow like totally 80's ? What I mean is I am not a fan of matte eye shadows. But if you are , then this is your cue to stand up and sing Take My Breath Away ....or Eternal Flame...or The Way You make Me Feel by MJ. That's a good one ! I'd totally sing The Way You make Me Feel for the Hot Brights Eyeliners. Pretty purple on big brown eyes - perfect match. It also helps that the pencil is creamy and easy to use.
What did take my breath away was the Lip Shine / Cheek Stain. I got tough competition at my gym with all the Real Desperate Housewives of Dallas County showing off their fake hair extensions and real six packs. So I fake it too...I fake juicy red lips and cheeks. I fake the just had a mad-m#@e-o@t- session-with-cute-vampire-next-door juicy red lips and cheeks. Hey, I'm a beauty blogger whoz totally not into working out and does not have a cute vampire next door. So don't blame me for wanting to fake it ! My vampire bitten red lips carry me through one hour of wretched cardio. What more can I ask for ! Looking glamorous while working out is every girl's dream !

Borghese Labbro Più Paffuto Tinted Lip Plumper : Review
Lets just call it the Borghese Tinted Lip Plumper. And while I'm telling you what to call it, let me also tell you what it does and how and why I need it.
Why Do I need a Lip Plumper & How It Works
Lets start with the whyz. Y'all know I got full lips and don't really not anything to make them bigger but I love me some plumping goodness on these puckers of mine. I love how all the lines disappear and I have barbie like smooth lips free of ridges and cracks. Essentially I think that is part of what plumpers do. They fill in the teeny tiny folds on your lips, give them a smooth surface which automatically kicks up the volume. This smooth, luscious goodness stays on for at least 10 - 12 hours. My lips remain full even after I actually wipe the gloss off ! May be that's why its priced at $31.50. You feel the effect long after it has come and gone...
Lemme tell ya the how-zzz. It stings a teeny bit and tingles a whole lot. The stinging was actually a lot lesser than most other real plumping glosses. Its funny, I had this urgent need to laugh when my lips started tingling from the gloss. I mean who laughs at tingling lips - I do. In the name of vanity be prepared to experience three minutes of funny-somethings-happening-on-my-lips sensation. Once it stops, stand back and admire the beauty of full lips.
There is a little color...
They are tinted lip glosses and not full on pigmented ones so the color is not a whole lot. I think its made that way so you can easily layer it over or under you favorite lip color and make it look like your lips are naturally that full. I personally like wearing it on its own because the Flamingo Gold shade I have is a natural looking pink with a hint of shimmer - uber pretty. Also unlike the glosses that make you look like you have full lips ( and are non - stingy) these do not give out a fake over shiny effect. The last thing you want on full lips are the over blingy cheap looking glosses !

SpoCom custom car show this weekend in Long Beach!

SpoCom is finally upon us this weekend at Long Beach Convention Center!
Finally! This year, SpoCom will have a Saturday event by closing parts of Pine Street. Bikini contest on Saturday and entrance to the clubs. I got something else to do, so I'm not going to the Saturday event.
I'm there Sunday. All my batteries fully charged. Be there all day long to get some of that bikini contest action! Plus get those hot import model pictures, and there's going to be a lot of them! Yea!
I love these shows. You could bring your camera and take pictures of hot looking girls and... they don't mind! You're not a freak or pervert, you instantly become a photog that gives these aspiring models free publicity! What the hell man! That's a dream job for a lot of guys. It's a great hobby. Not spending as much as the custom car guys and I get to exercise by walking this body all day taking pictures of hot import models! Sweet.
I'll be sure to get some videos of SpoCom. Hoping they don't turn out crappy. What the hell. Knowing me, I'll probably put them online anyways for the hell of it. My computer is old, so it takes a long time to render the video clips. Damn. That's why I'm still sitting on all my Lowrider Tour videos except for the two I put on YouTube.
