All You Ever Wanted - Inspired By Demi Moore

Anybody tried the Helena Rubinstein Frangrance - All You've Ever Wanted, inspired by Demi Moore ? I like Demi and have been dying to check this one out. Most celebrity perfumes for some reason are too sweet or too flowery in general. I'm hoping this one will be different.

Haha. Rachel Zoe is cute ! I used to love mascaras with big brushes too until I met Maybelline Lash Stiletto. It taught be that thin ones can be great too !

"According to GATA (Gold Anti Trust Action Committee), about 15000 tonnes of gold has been loaned by the Central banks to the Bullion banks for which they paid about 1% per annum. The Bullion banks then sold the “loaned” gold on the open market and invested the proceeds at 6-7% per annum. It was a sweet deal until the gold prices started to move upwards. Now the bullion banks that are in debt to the Central banks have to buy it back to repay the gold borrowed from the banks. It is therefore in their interest to keep the prices down and in this respect GATA claims that it has collected mountains of evidence to suggest that each time gold rallies, the Central banks are selling more government gold to cap its price. If GATA is right, the short positions of 15000 tonnes or more have the capacity to propel the price of gold much higher than it is today. (Note: A landmark legal case is before a US federal judge alleging a variety of collusive, manipulative activities in the gold global markets. You can track the developments on various gold sites - Check our links section for details)"

Laadam, the film starring Charmee and Aravind is now facing a high court order staying its release. The petition against the movie was filed by Ponnurangan on behalf of Sozha Creations. The issue is one of financial settlement between Sozha Creations and Cosmos Enterprises, the producers of Laadam.

In the petition, it has been said that Laadam was being initially produced by Sozha Creations. But, midway through the making, the movie was sold outright to Cosmos Enterprises for a sum of Rs. 90 lakhs as per an agreement reached in June. But, Sozha Creations claims to have received only Rs. 40 lakhs to date and have thus filed the petition.

In the interim, Laadam has been completed and is ready for release. But this stay order might now delay or even worse, prevent its release. The high court has given a period of 2 weeks for Cosmos Enterprises to file an explanation.

Laadam has been directed by Prabu Solomon and has music by Dharan.

Anjali

Anjali, the beauty with high cheekbones, has caught everyone's attention recently. She is only two films old (Tamil M.A. and Aayudham Seivom) and yet she is in great demand in Kollywood. But Anjali prefers quality over quantity; she is smart enough to know that the effect of good quality work will last forever. In an astute move, she accepted the deglamourised role in Kattradhu Tamizh (Tamil M.A.) as she knew it would provide her ample scope to showcase her acting skills and she was quite confident about her beauty - lack of makeup is not going to stop her from charming audiences.

Now this beautiful and level-headed actress is accepting roles cautiously based on their merit and potential without yielding to the temptation of accepting every lucrative offer that comes her way.

Anjali says that she is currently acting in two films and both these roles are quite different from the rest that have been offered to her. Though they are not extremely offbeat, they will surely make her stand out. She said she selected these after listening to and rejecting numerous film scripts. She is very sure in not ending up as another Kollywood typecast.

Anjali, a thorough professional, prefers working in one or two films at a time as she feels she would not be able to give her full dedication if she works in more than two films at a time. And for this reason, she has stopped signing films at present and is dedicating all her time to the two films on hand. So directors naturally find it very easy to work with this thorough professional who will surely go place
