Why do I get the weird feeling I've done this before ? Classic deja vu.
Anyhoo, please help me guess which gloss is it that Kim Kardashian is trying on. From the packaging I am guessing..........
Help me out ladies. I need this shade to look beautiful this fall. We have a few more months to go, but I'm no procrastinator when it comes to finding a shade of lip gloss. Help your sista out !

NYX Powder Blushes : Swatches and Review

The beauty community's love for all things NYX is well documented on the Internet. So, I am not going to tell you about how good this stuff is, about how it blends brilliantly, how it is so wonderfully pigmented, how it is so fine milled and I am definitely not going to tell you about how it so cheap and yet on par with department store stuff. No I'm so not getting into all that.


What I will tell you about are these two shades I have - Mauve and Terracotta. Mauve is the ' cant you see I'm at a conservative work place ' kinda shade while terracotta is a 'fun in the sun' kinda shade. Mauve - you can give it a miss unless you are looking for a ' cant you see I'm at a conservative work place ' blush. Terracotta you must go get. It works well as a blush, as a bronzer on ( deeper skin tones) and gives a wonderful golden glow along with some terracotta goodness. If you had to spend $6 and get only one NYX blush I'd strongly recommend this shade. Its Gawgus !

Have y'all tried this good stuff form NYX ? Whats your favorite shade of blush from them ? Tell me, don't you totally agree with me on Terracotta. Hawt !

This is the first time that I tried an exfoliating serum. All exfoliation up until now has been with a cleanser or masque - the regular way. The Absolute Radiance Intensive Exfoliating Serum($38) is a special kinda exfoliator that exfoliates while moisturizing. Rocket Science stuff, I tell ya !

What It Does

Unlike regular exfoliators that contain broken nuts and dissolving beads, the exfoliating serum contains glycolic acid in small quantities. The glycolic acid gently helps shed the stubborn discolorations from the skin, retexturizes our brown skin and gives an overall boost by doing away with the top dull layer of cells. If uneven skin tone is what you're looking to take care of then this is probably one the better products to start with.

The latest talked about actress of bollywood, Sonam Kapoor is coming as on cover of Harper’s Bazaar India for the month of June 2009. This photo shoot was conducted by Ace photographer Atul Kasbekar. The theme at the cover was displaying an effect of old glamour from Hollywood. The Mafatlal family feud between Atulya and his elder sister-turned-brother Ajay that gripped the city's gossip mills a few years back is now on hold. It will be some while till the last dispute over the Mafatlal flat comes up in court. The other spat over the family jewels had ended with Atulya being handed over the valuables.

The fight began in 2005 essentially over the Mafatlal bungalow on Altamount Road. The dispute began with Aparna-turned-Ajay residing in the house. Then it was 72-year-old matriarch Madhuri Mafatlal who dragged her original son Atulya and his wife Sheetal to court for placing security guards outside her house to harass her. The court stayed such restrictive actions.

The family fight then went on to become more ugly with the three sisters who were not party to the fight apparently taking sides too. Sisters Kunti, Gayatri and Malavika reside close to the Mafatlal Bungalow on Altaount Road and would visit Madhuri frequently, especially after the death of their father four years back. Their
relations with brother Atulya and his socialite wife Sheetal were strained but they were not "instigating'' the fight, said family friends.

Madhuri accused Atulya and Sheetal of harassment, "high handed treatment'' and "demands to remove other son Ajay'' from the sprawling five-bedroom flat. Since then twists emerged in the tale with Atulya's lawyer alleging that jewellery worth crores of rupees in the family trust is the bone of contention.

The mother clarified that she held only inherited family jewellery. "I hold no personal jewellery of you or for that matter of your wife and children'' her letter said.

The family jewellery was lying in two trusts numbered 6 and 7 out of the 15-odd trusts which were created for Atulya's benefit when he was still a child. Atulya being the youngest and the only son had always been doted upon by the entire family.
