MTV VMA's 2009 - Extreme Smokey Eye by Leighton Meester

Leighton went with the extreme smokey eye for the VMAs this year. I like it. Anything this dramatic can be done well only if paired with the right hair, clothes and attitude. Leighton got it all right !
